I have opted to join the MOMENTUM CLUB and hereby authorize TreeCave Creative LLC to charge my card accordingly.

I understand and agree that I have chosen an installment plan, where I will be paying my total balance in small portions throughout a fixed period of time listed on my order form and receipt. I acknowledge and agree that this is not a monthly membership, and I am responsible for the entire balance of my purchase.

I understand that once I have been charged for my membership, if I then decide MOMENTUM CLUB isn’t for me, I can cancel within 10 days of purchase by emailing info@workwithelise.com. Upon cancellation within the first 10 days, I understand that I will be refunded the purchase price and access to the MOMENTUM CLUB content and private Facebook group will be suspended.

After the 10 day period, I understand and agree that all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless if whether I access or use the materials and services.

I understand that TreeCave Creative LLC may record any and all MOMENTUM CLUB group coaching calls. I hereby give TreeCave Creative LLC irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right and permission to take, use, re-use, publish, and republish any audio recordings taken during group coaching calls in connection with its Momentum Club/The Global Actor business operations.
