I understand that participation in The GLOBAL ACTOR INDUSTRY BRUNCH does not guarantee work, an increase in income or representation. I accept, agree and understand that I am fully responsible for my progress and results from my participation and that TreeCave Creative LLC and its representatives offer no guarantees verbally or in writing regarding my career growth of any kind.

TreeCave Creative LLC has the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right and permission to take, use, re-use, publish, and republish images of me or in which I may be included within these recordings (including photographic, motion picture, and electronic or video images), the sound of my voice (including sound and video recordings), in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alteration from time to time, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any lawful purposes whatsoever.
